Every since I can remember I have been in the kitchen. I was raised by two southern parents (JD & Margaret) who could throw down in the kitchen. That is where I discovered my passion for food. I once worked in a professional kitchen under a head chef that told me I would never make it in the culinary world. I left the kitchen. I entered the financial world and was never happy. I always cook for family and friends which kept the fire in my belly to return to the culinary scene. Through a turn of events I sharpen my skills, grabbed my apron, and a star was reborn. I am now the executive chef who inspires young chef to believe in themselves. I used the negativity from that person to crank out fresh innovative menus. My other motivations come from my family. My wife (Kosha) son and daughter (Jaiden & Jenea) are my best fans and critics. They are my inspiration whenever I am cooking for clients. They allow me to put that added flavor of love into all of my food.
